Monaco Turn Down Chelsea’s £38.5m Lamine Camara Bid as Two Depart Arsenal

In a fast-moving transfer deadline day update, French Ligue 1 side AS Monaco have rejected an opening £38.5 million (€45 million) proposal from Chelsea for 22-year-old midfielder Lamine Camara.
