Court Grants Mike Ozekhome ₦10 Million Bail in Forgery Case

A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted bail of ₦10 million to Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Mike Ozekhome after he was arraigned on allegations of forgery.
The judge approved the bail application, setting two sureties in like sum for Ozekhome’s release. The court ordered that one of the sureties must own developed property in Abuja, with the title deed to be deposited in the court registry.
Other bail conditions include the deposit of Ozekhome’s travel documents and recent passport photographs at the registry.
