President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reassured citizens of his administration's unwavering commitment to restoring national security, deepening economic recovery, and ensuring that the long-term benefits of ongoing governance reforms directly impact ordinary Nigerians.
The President shared these assurances in a nationwide message commemorating the third anniversary of his administration. Reflecting on his three years in office, Tinubu emphasized that stabilizing the nation’s security landscape remains the bedrock of his administration's ultimate goals.
“Security remains central to our national mission and to the creation of a virile and prosperous society,” President Tinubu declared.
The President highlighted that the nation's armed forces and security agencies have aggressively scaled up tactical operations against terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, oil thieves, and other illicit networks across the country. While acknowledging that persistent hurdles remain, he noted that many vital highways and communities are gradually reclaiming their peace, allowing for safer travel and renewed local economic activity.
To sustain this momentum, the federal government is heavily investing in advanced intelligence gathering, surveillance technology, logistics, and tighter inter-agency collaboration to completely reclaim state authority wherever criminality threatens order.
