Bukayo Saka

Arsenal and England star Bukayo Saka has sparked a wave of disbelief and laughter across social media after admitting that he is unfamiliar with the legendary Canadian singer Celine Dion. The 24-year-old winger was asked about the "Queen of Power Ballads," only to respond with a confused look, stating quite simply, "I don’t know Celine Dion."

While older fans were shocked that anyone could be unaware of hits like My Heart Will Go On, younger supporters defended the Hale End graduate, noting that Dion’s peak fame occurred before or right around the time Saka was born in 2001.

The "Starboy," known for his humble and polite demeanor, didn't seem bothered by the gap in his musical knowledge, laughing off the surprise from the film crew.

Whether or not he becomes a fan of her soaring vocals, the interview has provided a moment of levity for fans amidst a high-pressure Premier League season.

Is it shocking that a 24-year-old doesn't know a global icon like Celine Dion, or are we just seeing a natural shift in generational interests? Share your comments below!
