Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has gifted her mother, Rita Daniels, two vehicles ahead of Valentine’s Day, drawing attention across social media. Rita revealed on Instagram that her daughter purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser and a Toyota Hilux after she experienced transportation difficulties. In her post, she described the surprise as an early Valentine gift and expressed gratitude, saying her heart was full. A video shared alongside the announcement showed Rita celebrating beside the vehicles, highlighting the emotional moment.

Rita explained that her mobility challenges began after one of the cars Regina had earlier bought for her was involved in an accident, while the only remaining vehicle she relied on was later taken away. She said she initially found it difficult to inform her daughter about the situation due to ongoing personal pressures. According to her account, Regina responded immediately by replacing her transportation with two new vehicles, a gesture Rita described as timely and deeply supportive.

Regina Daniels began acting as a child and has grown into one of Nollywood’s most visible figures, maintaining a strong presence in film and digital media. Her mother has also built a career that spans entertainment and politics.

Rita previously served as Delta State Assistant Treasurer of the People’s Democratic Party in 2020 before resigning in February 2025 and defecting to the All Progressives Congress, citing administrative inconsistencies and what she described as a deviation from democratic principles. She also contested for the presidency of the Actors Guild of Nigeria in 2025 but lost to Abubakar Yakubu.

The public reaction to the vehicle gift has largely focused on the mother daughter bond and the importance of family support during difficult periods.
