Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has raised a distress alarm following an early morning invasion of her residence by armed officers of the Lagos State Police Command on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. The actress, who captured the incident in a viral video, expressed deep shock and fear, stating that the officers arrived and surrounded her premises without any prior formal invitation or legal notice. According to her account, the officers claimed to have come from a Lagos station to apprehend her, a move she describes as a direct attempt to intimidate and silence her without her legal representative being present.

During the tense encounter, Ogala specifically pointed fingers at the founder of Grace Nation International Ministry, Pastor Chris Okafor, alleging that he is the mastermind behind the police action. She revealed that the clergyman has allegedly dragged her to three different courts and over seven police stations in a relentless effort to have her imprisoned. The actress pleaded with the public to hold the popular pastor responsible if any harm should befall her or if she suddenly disappears, claiming that this latest move is part of a series of attempts to suppress her voice following their public fallout.

The long standing feud between the actress and the clergyman dates back to late 2025 after a video surfaced showing Pastor Chris Okafor’s engagement to a younger lady named Pearl Okafor. In a series of social media posts following that event, Ogala had accused the pastor of abandoning her after years of an alleged intimate relationship. While the clergyman did not explicitly deny the claims at the time, reports emerged that a settlement of $10,000 was allegedly paid to the actress, though the conflict has since escalated into a complex legal and personal battle involving multiple law enforcement interventions.

The actress maintains that she has not committed any crime that warrants the surrounding of her home like a common criminal.

Do you think the police are being used as a tool for personal vendettas in this case, or is this a standard legal procedure? Share your thoughts in the comment section below!
