Blessing CEO Confirms Son’s Passing While in Custody, Denies Authorising ₦56m Fundraiser

Controversial Nigerian relationship expert Blessing CEO, has confirmed the death of her second son, Bryan Onyedikachi, while strongly denying claims that she authorised a ₦56 million public fundraising campaign on her behalf.
The tragedy was initially publicised in a viral video by Amira Agiye, CEO of the Isaamira Love Foundation, who appealed for financial donations to assist Blessing with her legal liabilities and bail process following her remand at Kirikiri Correctional Centre. However, speaking from custody in a phone conversation with actress Doris Ogala, Blessing confirmed her son's passing while clarifying that she never gave consent to any third party to broadcast her grief or solicit money.

Following Blessing’s statement, Doris Ogala urged members of the public who made donations to the unauthorized fundraiser to demand immediate refunds, labeling the appeal fraudulent and confirming that Blessing is already completing her bail requirements independently. Blessing remains in custody following her ongoing property fraud trial, with her late son's remains currently in a mortuary awaiting her release.
