Happy people know that a tree does not make a forest, we need one another because success is a collection of relationships. You can't achieve anything entirely by yourself; do not ignore the power of networking. We know first-hand how critical support systems are. You can't achieve anything entirely by yourself. There's a support system that is a basic requirement of of human existence. To be happy and successful on earth, you just have to have people that you rely on. A lot of emotional stresses that people go through in life other people figure out a way to handle it. This is because they have a strong enough support system to keep going and keep moving forward. Other people feel like they don't have that outlet. As Christians, Jesus is the Lord and Saviour of our lives, but don't forget that as social beings we have to relate with one another. The simple fact is that we need one another.

We have a responsibility to safeguard ourselves from negative triggers and vibes because we become what we think about all day long. What's more toxic than what they have done, think, or have said about you is how you let your mind receive it. In a world as ours filled with so much noise and hate, what suffer the most are our minds. Know when to keep your mind shut! Never hold on to anything that's capable of holding back your destiny. Say to negative energy- sorry you are not welcome bere. Negative energy is simply that which disconnects, segregates, separates, lowers energy, and lowers frequency. Negative energy also breaks things into parts that make things a bit more challenging to manage. Conversely, Positive energy is collective, integrative, and expansive. Positive energy also increases the frequency and allows us to see things more holistically
