Accomplishing your tasks Part 1
IF YOU GO TO WORK ON YOUR PLAN, YOUR PLAN WILL GO TO WORK ON YOU. WHATEVER GOOD THINGS WE BUILD, END UP BUILDING US. fim Robn
A GOAL IS THE ONGOING PURSUIT OF A WORTHY OBJECTIVE UNTIL ACCOMPLISHED, It seems like every day is a struggle between an endless to-do list and a limited amount of time. This struggle can make us feel extremely overwhelmed, triggering us into habits that are less than productive and that keep us from getting things done. When the day ends, we then feel a crushing sense of guilt and anger for not having accomplished what we set out to do. Sounds familiar? Don't despair! One of the ways out is to do one thing at a time. Expect the unexpected. Focus on what you can control and acknowledge what's out of your control
The shortest way to do many things is to do only one thing at once. Do one thing at a time and do that one thing as if your life depended upon it. Doing just one thing at a time helps you remember more, get more done in less time, de-stress, bring more attention to your work, and work smarter, instead of just harder. It's worth the struggle a hundred times over. If you are focused on the task at hand the likely hood is that you will be highly productive. Focus on being productive instead of busy. The issue is not knowing what to do; it's doing what you know best.
Ecl. 9:10- Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest. Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible. All things will be produced in superior quantity and quality, and with greater ease, when each man works at a single occupation, in accordance with his natural gifts, and at the right moment, without meddling with anything else. -Plato
