WORD OF GOD FOR TODAY

What is it? Part 5

1 Peter 4:10 As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. God has gifted every one of us to perform a special mission for which we alone were created. None of us is empty because we are all uniquely created to showcase God's glory. Through your innate gifting you might be able to determine what the will of God is for you at every given time. Use your unique gifts and talents to make a difference in the world of duplicates.

God gives us intelligence to uncover the wonders of nature. Without the gift, nothing is possible. To give anything less than your best, is to sacrifice the gift. The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away. When you stand before God at the end of your life, we would hope that you would not have a single bit of talent left, and that you could say, you used everything God gave you. You should know how God speaks to you so that you do not make wrong choices in life as no one is immune from making mistakes.

One of the best ways to know God's will for your life is by connecting to the power source in the person of the Holy Spirit hence do not ignore the promptings of the Holy Spirit.

John 16:13 - Howbeit when be, the Spirit of truth, is come, be will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. When we pray for the Spirit's help, we simply fall down at the Lord's feet in our weakness. There we will find the victory and power that comes from His love. God speaks through a variety of means. In the present, God primarily speaks by the Holy Spirit, through the Bible, prayer, circumstances, and the church. Do not ignore the Holy Spirit because He cares.
