Quality Decision Part 1

Making a quality decision in life to follow your lane, is paramount to your welfare. You cannot please everyone neither can you be everything to everyone. You must recognise your make up and function likewise. Stressors are ever present in our lives. In order to achieve more and be more productive, we need to get toxic people and stressors out of our lives. Knowing what your priorities are, focusing on those priorities and getting rid of the weeds in our lives will enhance the quality of our lives and enable us to experience forward momentum. Ability to say NO will or could add several years to your life; you cannot afford to always be a YES person otherwise you could die before your time.

Whether they’re family or friends, manipulators are difficult to escape from. Give in to their demands and they’ll be happy enough, but if you develop a spine and start saying no, it will inevitably bring a fresh round of head games and emotional blackmail. You’ll notice that breaking free from someone else’s dominance will often result in them accusing you of being selfish. Yes, you’re selfish, because you’ve stopped doing what they want you to do for them. Wow. Can these people bear themselves?

Understand that you are an EAGLE and not a monkey or a chicken. So you cannot move with the wrong people and expect to do well. Choose your friends wisely, first and foremost, you must identify toxic people who are currently in your life and ditch them. Don’t forget that you are not the Holy Spirit hence you cannot help everyone because you don’t have the anointing to do so. By God’s grace, we will start tomorrow to examine the different kinds of people in our lives that are not adding value to us.
