US Pastor Marries Second Wife, Claims Monogamy is Unbiblical

A United States-based cleric, Pastor Israel Ford of LifeWorks Church in Wickliffe, Ohio, has officially introduced a second wife to his congregation and claiming that strictly monogamous marriage is unbiblical.
The announcement was made during a church service and subsequently shared on Facebook alongside a video showing Ford standing beside both his first wife, Lydia Ford, and his newly introduced second wife, Shakayla Ford. Addressing his followers and the wider Christian community, Ford asserted that society’s long-standing tradition of single-partner marriage is a cultural construct rather than a scriptural mandate.
