Popular TikToker Heston James is facing serious legal trouble after his viral prank videos landed him in court. The social media personality, known for his prank content, was arrested after repeatedly entering various stores and pretending to be an employee while recording the incidents for TikTok.
James allegedly dressed in store uniforms and gave false instructions to customers and real employees, causing confusion and disruption. Authorities say these actions led to multiple complaints, and he was eventually charged with criminal impersonation, trespassing, and creating a public nuisance.
If convicted, Heston James could face up to nine years in prison. Legal experts say his actions, while intended for entertainment, crossed the line into criminal behavior.
