Former England and Manchester United star David Beckham was quick to celebrate Trent Alexander‑Arnold’s arrival at Real Madrid, commenting under Trent’s Instagram unveiling: “Congrats friend and welcome to a great club.” Beckham’s endorsement carries extra weight, given his legendary status at the Bernabéu.

Real Madrid winger Vinícius Júnior also chimed in, offering a succinct but warm message. Simply posting “Welcome,” Vinícius publicly extended an embrace from the current squad as Trent began his new chapter in Madrid.

Alexander‑Arnold, who joined from Liverpool as a free agent, expressed his excitement about competing for the right‑back spot against Dani Carvajal under coach Xabi Alonso. He’s already been included in Madrid’s squad for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup.

At his presentation, Trent impressed further by speaking fluent Spanish and stating clearly, “If I left Liverpool, it would be to go to Real Madrid. That was the only option for me.” His confident debut, backed by high-profile endorsements, has set the stage for what fans hope will be a successful career in Spain.
