Air Peace Delays Flights in Lagos After Heavy Rainfall

Air Peace, Nigeria’s leading airline, has announced that a number of its flights will be delayed due to severe rainfall in Lagos. The carrier issued a statement urging affected passengers to remain patient as it works to manage disruptions across its network.


According to Osifo-Whiskey Efe, the airline’s spokesperson, the heavy downpour is beyond the airline’s control, and safety remains its “utmost priority.”


Air Peace reassured customers that it is taking steps to minimise the impact of the delays and to ensure all passengers reach their destinations safely. The airline similarly appealed for understanding, noting that in adverse weather conditions, schedule adjustments are necessary for the well-being of passengers and crew.
